Volunteer Workday – Frick Park

It’s time to target invasive shrubs! While most of our native plants remain dormant as winter comes to a close, invasive nonnative species are leafing out this time of year. Come to Frick Park to help cut down or dig out invasive shrubs like amur honeysuckle, multiflora rose, privet, jetbead, and a few others. We’ll bring along a few native shrubs and flowers to replant in their place.
