Rain Garden Workshop

Learn how to convert your garden into a climate solution! This Rain Garden Workshop will cover plant selection, maintenance, rain barrels, rain garden design, how to transform your lawn, and other ways to manage stormwater at your home.

We will meet at Second United Presbyterian Church for the workshop and then we’ll walk about 10 minutes to view a local residential rain garden. Participants are also welcome to drive on their own to the garden.

Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just starting out, have a big backyard or just a few raised beds, you’ll walk away with steps you can take to protect your watershed and support local biodiversity!
