Native Seedling Workshop

Join UpstreamPgh and other volunteers for Part 2 of our Native Seedling Workshop! Back in January, volunteers prepared jugs of native seedlings. These were kept outside in order for the seeds to experience cold stratification. Now most of the sprouts are quickly growing and will need up-potted soon! We have hundreds of seedlings to prepare and volunteers are welcome to take home a few for themselves. The majority of the seedlings will be planted in our rain gardens or in Frick Park!

We’ll meet at the UpstreamPgh office at 321 Pennwood Ave. Depending on weather, we may work outside or inside. Volunteers will be updated before the event.
