Upstream Pittsburgh (Formerly Nine Mile Run Watershed Association) invites proposals from a qualified consultant interested in providing professional services for the engineering design of a green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) project in Wilkinsburg as part of the Wilkinsburg Stormwater Resiliency Project (WSRP), an effort to reduce stormwater runoff from public parking lots the Borough of Wilkinsburg.
