Pollinator Palooza

New Date! We can’t wait to Palooza with you! Due to high temperatures on Tuesday, June 18th, we have postponed this event. The new event date is Tuesday, June 25th from 3:30 – 6:30pm.

We’re celebrating Pollinator Week 2024 (June 17-23) with Pollinator Palooza at our Swissvale Hill rain garden! Bees, butterflies, bats and other pollinators are the unsung heroes behind much of the food and plants our ecosystem relies on – so let’s celebrate them! Build a bee hotel, pick up some native plants to attract pollinators to your home, grab a pollinated snack, and learn about the steps we can all take to help pollinators thrive. 

There will be something for all ages at this event, which will take place outside at our Swissvale Hill rain garden, located at 1301 E Swissvale Ave. This event is free and there is not a set program so participants are welcome to buzz by anytime. Please register so we can get a headcount.
