2021 Spring Stream Sweep

Every time it rains, trash & debris from the upper watershed communities of Pittsburgh, Edgewood, Wilkinsburg, & Swissvale washes into Nine Mile Run. Come out and help us keep the stream clean & beautiful!

Registration is required and space is limited to accommodate social distancing. All volunteers are required to bring their own face mask and wear the mask throughout the event. We will provide gloves, safety vests, & trash bags. Please wear long pants & sturdy boots or closed-toe shoes. If you have tall rain boots, hip boots, or waders, please bring them.

Meet at the soccer field at the end of the Fern Hollow parking lot, located at the bottom of Lancaster Avenue. Directions
